Welcome to the website of Skanda Enterprise (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Entity”), the owner of food brands including but not limited to Tutu-Me! and South2Mouth. By accessing or using this website (“Website”) and/or purchasing our products, you (“Visitor”, “User”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, kindly exit the Website.
Skanda Enterprise and its subsidiaries, associates, or investment entities reserve the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time by updating this page.
1. Parties
This agreement is between Skanda Enterprise and you, the customer.
2. Offer and Acceptance
- All orders placed on the Website constitute an offer to purchase.
- Acceptance occurs when we send you an order confirmation email.
3. Price and Payment
- Prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) for visitors accessing the Website from the UAE.
- All prices are inclusive of 5% VAT and applicable UAE taxes.
- Payment methods include credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other options displayed at checkout.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders with incorrect pricing.
4. Delivery
- Delivery may be via our logistics partners, courier services, or customer pickup, as selected at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times are indicative; delays due to unforeseen circumstances are not our liability.
- Risk transfers to you once delivery is confirmed at the shipping address provided.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Our Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases:
- No returns accepted for food products once delivered.
- Refunds only if : Product is damaged/spoiled at delivery, or Wrong product was delivered.
- Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
- If the package is externally damaged, customers must reject delivery. Refunds will not be provided if accepted despite visible damage.
Refund process:
- Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment method.
- COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer.
- Refunds initiated within 7 business days after approval.
- No refunds for force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns).
- Orders once placed cannot be canceled after payment.
6. Consumer Protection
These Terms are subject to UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and related UAE regulations. Customers may escalate complaints through the UAE Ministry of Economy’s Consumer Protection Department if required.
7. Use of Content
All brand names, logos, trademarks, designs, and product content are owned by Skanda Enterprise. Unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited.
8. Acceptable Website Use
- Users must not breach website security or distribute harmful material.
- that is defamatory, obscene, illegal, or infringes rights of others is prohibited.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skanda Enterprise, its partners, employees, and agents from any claims or damages arising from misuse of the Website or breach of these Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
- No responsibility for indirect or consequential damages.
- Not liable once delivery is confirmed, including mishandling or improper storage by customer.
11. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, governed by UAE law.
