Thank you for choosing Tutu-Me!. We take great care in preparing and delivering our food products to ensure that they reach you fresh, safe, and of the highest quality.
1. No Returns
Due to the nature of our products (perishable food items), we do not accept any returns once the order has been delivered. This policy is in place to maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- he product received is damaged, spoiled, or defective at the time of delivery.
- The product delivered is incorrect (different from the order placed).
In such cases:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
- Upon verification, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method or provide a replacement, at our discretion.
Important:
- If a product is visibly damaged at the time of delivery but still accepted by the customer, no refund or replacement will be issued. Customers are strongly advised to reject delivery if the package is damaged externally.
3. Refund Process
- Once it is confirmed that the conditions for a refund are met, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued in the same method as the original payment:
- For prepaid orders : The refund will be credited to the same account or payment method used during the purchase.
- For COD orders: A bank transfer will be arranged. You will need to provide your bank account details for the refund process.
- Refunds will be initiated within 7 business days from the date of approval.
4. Exclusions
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- If the taste, flavor, or personal preference does not meet expectations.
- If the product is not stored properly after delivery.
- If the request is made after the 24-hour reporting window.
- If the package was damaged but accepted by the customer at the time of delivery.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders once placed cannot be canceled after payment has been made.
- In rare cases of double payment or technical error, refunds may be issued after verification.
6. Force Majeure and Refunds
Refunds will not be processed for delays or issues arising due to acts of God (e.g., natural disasters), strikes, lockdowns, transportation delays, or other unforeseeable circumstances. The Company retains the right to suspend refund obligations under such conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Once the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided by you and confirmed by our delivery partner, our responsibility for the product ends.
- Delays caused by courier or logistics providers.
- Damage to products due to mishandling, improper storage, or negligence after delivery.
- Any allergic reactions, health concerns, or adverse effects resulting from consumption, unless explicitly stated in our product description. Customers are advised to check ingredient lists carefully before purchase.
Our maximum liability, under any circumstances, shall be limited to the value of the product purchased.
8. How to Report an Issue
To raise a concern, please contact us at care.tutume@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order ID, photos, and a description of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.
